God's at work.....More Shoes for Kids and Growing Bible Study

God is at work at Gibsontown Ministries. Eleven more pairs of shoes were given away to children yesterday!  That means warm dry toes this winter.  Thanks again to everyone who donated!  Four pairs of shoes were purchased yesterday to fit four of the children who came Saturday but couldn't find there size.  Funds have been donated or pledged which should allow us to purchase the rest that are needed. 

Diapers and Devotions had 20 people in attendance last night. Some were new faces.  This Bible study time continues to grow.  Not everyone who comes, comes to receive diapers following the Bible study.  Some are just coming for the Bible study.  Praise the Lord!

Thanks to Indian Springs Baptist Church for all of the shoes and socks that you donated!!!  Today children from Cloud Apartments, Gibsontown area and Interfaith Hospitality received shoes and socks.  Fifty two children were fitted and walked out with warm toes. We only need to purchase shoes for 11 children. Others will be receiving shoes in the coming weeks. Thanks to everyone who helped!!  You helped share the love of Christ and bless children and their families today! 

Shoes are ready for tomorrow's distribution.  We have 75 kids pre-registered to receive shoes.

Dropped off another load of shoes and socks this afternoon. Expecting another car load tomorrow.  Getting ready for the SHOES AND SOCKS DISTRIBUTION on Saturday!  Please pray for that we will not only give a pair of shoes and socks to kids in Jesus name but will have the opportunity to share Christ with the parents.
